-Member of a core team of management personnel that obtained IS-BAO accreditation, ARG/US Platinum, Wyvern rating, EJM approval, and ACSF registration.

- Acted as a liaison between aircraft owners and/or principals to ensure complete customer satisfaction in the areas of aircraft integration (arrival) and Flight Standards. 

-Managed the Flight Standards Department day to day operations. 

-Ensured that all instructors and check airmen were appropriately qualified and trained to perform their assigned tasks and that the FAA required Letters of Authorizations were issued and maintained. 

-Responsible for maintaining the required pilot and flight attendant training records and other documentation in accordance with established company policies, Federal Aviation Regulations, TSA, and other regulatory entities.

-Acted as a liaison between ACM and the various contract training providers. 

-Responsible for developing and maintaining training materials, courseware, writing various technical manuals, and ensuring that the material used was comprehensive and regulatory compliant. 

-Maintained and controlled the 14 CFR Part 135 FAA Approved Training Program.  Performed all tasks relating to PRIA.  Initiated the employment application process with all new pilots and flight attendants. 

-Acted as a liaison between ACM and the Bermuda Department of Civil Aviation on regulatory issues involving a VP registered BBJ. 

-As Flight Safety Officer I was involved in fine tuning and promoting the SMS and the Emergency Response Plan, attended Safety Council meetings, and conducted “table top” ERP drills.
