I have also designed, built and run 3 separate flight departments during my career so far, all of which utilized Learjet 45 & 75 aircraft. I have extensive Mexico, South America, Central America, Canada, Caribbean, Europe and Bermuda operating experience as well.

Responsible for developing and building this new flight department. Worked closely with the FAA to achieve our letters of authorization for RVSM and MEL approval for a Lear jet 45 aircraft. Started the implementation process of an SMS program for the department. Went through the complete pre-buy and delivery process with Bombardier assuring that the aircraft's maintenance and record keeping was current and satisfactory. Managed full time and contract pilots and assigned duties as needed. Coordinated with our mechanic as well as Bombardier service center to track maintenance and service the aircraft as necessary. Developed monthly reports for invoicing hours flown to Smart Parts and MSP Gold as well as internal billing within the company. Operated the aircraft as Pilot in Command throughout the United States, Mexico, Bahamas and Bermuda. Responsible for the safe and efficient day to day operation of the flight department and it's personnel.
