  • Worked as a rural Pilot for RAVN Alaska in a semi-independent, on-demand, scheduled operator capacity, effectively managing a small business while delivering passengers and mail to remote villages.
  • Acted as PIC and SIC for the C-207 and C-208 aircraft, ensuring on-time departures along with efficient flights, as well as proactively helped upper management, including traveling to other bases or moving planes as needed.
  • Took initiative and completed multiple flights per day, often exceeding normally scheduled flights, as well as trained a low-time Pilot in the right seat through a First Officer program, instilling an understanding of flying in bush Alaska.
  • Successfully completed own load, fueling, logistics, and flight planning, including conducting a risk assessment for each flight, closely adhering to a culture of safety for both passenger service and cargo operations.
