o Execute direct marketing strategies; create new and innovative marketing campaigns. Manage credit and rewards programs including acquisition and retention initiatives for casino clientele.
o Develop targeted multi-channel communications (direct mail, in store events, e-mail, and online advertising) and promotions directed to High Rollers in targeted demographics
o Prepare, final copy edit and distribute press releases for magazines and newspapers
o Support the director of marketing in all duties, including negotiations and purchase of cars, boats, pools, cruises, giveaways, etc.
o MC for Special Events – Osage VIP parties, Grand opening for Bridle Creek Horse Ranch - Osage Idol Karaoke competition - PBR Bull rider interviews - Fine Airport Parking TV Commercials and live spots on Channel 8 in the morning for new products
o Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.
o Creative ability and promotional writing experience for public relations needs, with expert use of graphic and presentation software desired. Artistic Media Direction.
o Strong verbal and written communications skills, including public speaking and ad hoc presentations.
