Description

We are currently looking for full-time Flight Instructors.
Responsible for conducting flight, ground and simulator training in single-engine fixed-wing aircraft.
Looking for an instructor to take on leadership role. The ideal candidate will be career-minded with at least 6 months of experience. Must have a good attitude, people skills, and a genuine passion for flight training. Must be able to build relationships and sell yourself and the company as you meet with prospective students.
Sign-on bonus
Pay based on experience and tenure, starting at $300 base pay plus $31/hr
End of month bonuses will be given to instructors based on the total number of ground and flight hours billed for the month.
Bonus's also earned for 1st time passed checkrides.
