Ability to work Monday - Friday and Weekends when students are more available.
Knowledge of aviation safety standards and practices.
Ability to manage classes, teach specifically, and communicate effectively.
Subject Matter Expert in Flight Knowledge, Skills, and Processes.
Flexibility to adjust to changing circumstances, demands, and expectations.
Must have at least a CFI rating with no less than 300 hours.
Conduct ground, in-flight, and simulator training for new students receiving core, specialty, and/or enrichment training.
Develop and prepare training materials with approved vendor curriculum.
Evaluate and measure student progress and recommend for qualification, advancement, or additional training.
Complete accurate training records in accordance with expectations of the FAA and TSA for all students regardless of competency.
